David and I have not had a planned date in a while. We have eaten out randomly since Davie was born but we decided we wanted to have an "official" date night. I got a $5 off coupon to Red Robin on Facebook so that was where we decided to eat. This is how Davie felt about it.
As usual once the car got moving he was out.

It looks better under his smile. He got more compliments from our waitress who announced that she normally thinks babies are kind of creepy and doesn't really like them. Then she said he was one of the cutest ones she had ever seen. And she is right! We tipped her well.
David the "thinker"
Myself and the Davie. The last couple of times I have been to Red Robin I have REALLYYYY wanted some of their mudpie and haven't had the chance but with our coupon we were able to.
Also (this is for David's mother) David and I devised a way that we can share a burger!!! It's true we COMPROMISED on food! And the angels of heaven sang. Basically we asked to have everything put on the side except for a cheese that was previously agreed upon (in writing) by both David and myself. I still don't understand how a man that loves cheese as much as David can struggle so much with the thought of it being on a hamburger... crazy man. All the same it was a good evening, happy date night!
