Some Thanksgiving

This is our Thanksgiving. I am happy to say that our day was completely chill and that all of our food turned out. We watched Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving special and Cars 2. We got to hang out together and basically the entire day was a day to relax, it was great!

This is how he really felt
David insisted that I got his turkey tooth pick sutures, he was very proud.
Luckily for David and I, we are both purists and we don't really care for casseroles so we had some good old steamed asparagus and mashed potatoes with gravy. It's not that I hate the casseroles I'll eat them (a very small amount sometimes) if they are present, but I don't care for them and since David doesn't either we weren't about to make any. We took the pure vegetable route instead.

Besides when you only have two people feasting you really have to pick and choose what dishes you are willing to slave over.
Our special slush drink for dinner
It was really pretty
This is me modeling my new purple coke glass. Also this is probably the worst picture of me pregnant thus far. I think that pregnancy takes away all of my cute-ness in candid shots, basically I look like a tired chub in all my pictures haha. I swear I didn't look like this when I looked in the mirror.

Some napkin folding
Dinner is served, do you like our O so fancy plastic dishes? I thought you might :)

Thanksgiving... in Missery, I mean Missouri

David and I went to Missiour for Thanksgiving! It was fun, I got to meet his uncle again check out the state capitol and see Harry Potter 7 part one AND Megamind two GREAT shows. The only thing I have to complain about was the drive, 10 hours in a car is too long! Not only that but it was raining like crazy on our way down there and there was plenty of traffic, that had me pretty freaked out. I can handle lots of rain or traffic but not rain and traffic, I had quite the white knuckle drive when it was my turn.
This was our stop in Effingham haha we were joking about that quite a bit.
There's Effingham

Thumbs up!
David being cold! I can still probably count how many times I have seen him get goosebumps, the man is always warm.
This is a new junk food addiction and I hate pretzels! These guys taste like Pizza Hut which is basically the best kind of pizza there is.
Thanksgiving!
Tasty rolls, potatoes, turkey, corn, it was good. I'm still surprised we didn't have any desserets! I guess that was a bummer but I will have to work on that for next time, because I know I can make pie.

Something I learned while in Missouri- Grizzly bears are on the state's seal but they no longer exsist in Missouri and the rolling hills are prime country for them, NOT the mountains. I think I already knew that Grizzly county wasn't in the mountains but I always find it interesting to learn new things.
Saying good-bye. Hah, I think we all look half asleep in this picure. Yuck just don't look at my face!
One more state to add to my list! I'm down 22 and I only have 28 to go. We will be going to Washington DC for Christmas so I am sure I will be adding at least one more state to my list.
