That's My Bab-bay, I Don't Mean May-BE!

This is what David and I got to do on Wednesday :)
I like that baby Warden already has the same little nose that me, my little brother and Colin have. Baby is going to be pretty stinkin' cute! After our ultrasound I was more convinced that Baby is a boy and David is more convinced that it is a girl. If you haven't voted yet make sure you do! I'll laugh if it's a girl because right now David is one of the only people who thinks Baby is a girl. I'm not going to lie I just barely think it's a boy, I have no motherly intuition when it comes to this kind of stuff. With Colin I thought he was a girl and so did much of my family, obviously he is not. Keeping it all a surprise is so FUN!
One of the most fun parts about going and doing the ultrasound was watching David realize that the baby really is moving around in there... LOTS! He hadn't felt the baby move yet, but I sure have. Today he finally did and it was so fun! He was like "Whoa!" What great fun this all is.

On a more random note, I have noticed that this next year is THE year to have a baby. So if you are thinking about getting pregnant do it! Haha everyone else is :) Not only that but as of right now you have plenty of time to plan on having a baby before the end of 2012.
When the tech switched to 3D from the regular ultrasound she told us "now don't be alarmed if baby is still a little boney looking. You are still early enough in your pregnancy that Baby probably won't have very much fat yet." About two seconds after she said that and finally got Baby to look at us and hold still she said "Wow, baby already has some chubby little cheeks." Haha and all I could say was "Yup!" Seeing as how David, Me, My Mom and much of my family have baby faces I was not in the least surprised. And those little cheeks sure were fun to see!

I was so happy to have David there to hold my hand while we did our ultrasound. Afterwards he told me that there were several times he almost got teary eyed watching our baby. What a wonderful way to start the day!

Why Making Friends is Bad

This is my awesome friend Dannielle.
This is us shopping at Glitter (a totally awesome store)
More awesome-ness (are you sensing a theme yet?)
This is me.... I can be awesome too..... sometimes :)
These are the SUPER cute outfits she helped me pick out at Kohls, with the card I got in the mail, or rather that David's Mom got at our address. It was a free $10 off a purchase of $10 or more. So I paid $1.24 for BOTH of these little outfits. Also Kohls, I still hate you and will basically never shop there, unless you send me free money like this. I'll have to share the story on here some day.
Us getting ready to watch the Truman show
I like how David is not giving bunny ears or being silly, haha I can't get him to smile that nice when I want him too!
So some of you are asking, why is making friends bad? Well if you hadn't noticed Dannielle has no hubby in the pictures above. That is because he is in Arizona. I'll give you a clue-
When you do what they are doing you pack up all your stuff.
That's right our best-est friends were moving away! It was really sad because we were gone all summer and by the time we got back Tyler was already gone so we didn't get to see him again :( sorry Tyler!
Making friends is bad because if they move you help them move away!
This is right before we got to go to Olive Garden for pasta! Yummy, yummy, yummy! Obviously she was excited, and starving haha we were all starving!! We are happy for our friends they get to go to the land of endless sunshine and summer AND Tyler got into a WAY better law school AND they get to be closer to their family in Utah..... but we still miss them! Good luck guys!!

Back in Toledo

Welcome home! Here have some JUNK mail. This is our pile of PURE junk mail. Discover card really loves me they send me a pre-qualified letter almost once a week. It's getting a little old though.

Also remember this?
Or this?
Well these same friends watched our place for us the ENTIRE time we were gone! Isn't that great? And we got to come home to THIS!
Isn't he CUTE!?!
Further proof that NOTHING beats a dancing sheep :)
This is our celebratory dinner at Red Robin here in Toledo. I had to take a picture to prove this moment actually happened. This is an actual picture (not an actor) of David eating a hamburger with more than just a patty of meat and ketchup. I was just as shocked as you are. It's so GREAT to be home!

A Long Journey Home

When the time at last did come that we had to set off for Ohio again, I was not excited. Not about going to Toledo, that part I was SUPER excited for, it was the 3 day car trip. Even if the third day was super short 3 days sitting on your bum is no fun. I never mentioned this but when we got to Idaho our car mileage read about 3,500 and our car read about 5,500 miles when we got home. David accidentally cleared it once in Ohio so I can't give you the exact mileage but it was probably closer to 6,000+ by the time we pulled into the driveway in Toledo. I love all this traveling, when it's over :) while we are on the road or right before we get on the road I'm ready for it to be over already. Haha it makes me sound like an oxymoron, I love to travel but I hate traveling? Yup, that's me!
Ugly Wyoming, bleh! Not to mention that we were driving STRAIGHT into the sun. It gave us both a headache, yuck!
Our awesome car bag! Thank you Mama Warden!!! You saved our..... luggage :)
FINALLY I got a Nebraska license plate! Also I like this picture because I look skinny even though I'm 4 months pregnant already :)
We got to go through Kansas too +1 state more my list of non-visited states is getting shorter!!! Sadly I did NOT feel like trying to take a picture of the state line or a license plate. You will just have to trust me on that one.
Mark Twain's boyhood home. David made this fun little stop for us while we drove through Missouri.
White washing aunt Polly's fence.
The only drawback to having the roof bag was this strap right here. Because it had to go through the weather strip on the door it created TONS of road nose. Imagine listening to a white noise machine a little too loudly for 3 days on the freeway... yea it got old! BUT it got our stuff home safe and dry so we won't complain too much, we have basked in our quite drives around town ever since.
I FINALLY got a picture of the Ohio border sign!

Odin Has BO

David's dad told Odin he had BO and I think Odin found that a little offensive.
It's not his fault he's a dog and can't bathe himself.

Also ....
The great wall of Warden. Of which I did basically nothing to help with, but that doesn't make it any less cool.
Easter Island head on the wall. David, his brother, sister and his Mama all worked really hard on this wall for about 3 weeks, give or take. His Mama is going to use it as a raised flower bed next spring. Pretty awesome huh!? Try not to be too jealous.

Wedding of the Summer

I'm pretty sure I have told everyone why David and I stayed in Idaho so long was so that we could see his younger brother get married. If we didn't tell you, well now you know. It was a great day. I'm always so happy to go to the temple with family. It was the first time I had ever been in a sealing room in the Salt Lake temple, very beautiful.
Waiting for them to come out of the temple, it was really hot.
cousins
more cousins
little girl cousins waiting to see the bride
There they are!!
kissy kissy :)
Youngest cousin, little baby Bo. He will be just under one when David and I have our baby in January. No reason to have any gaps in the long line of Warden's right!?
Haha he is soooo cute! I'm thinking that if we have a boy he will look something like Bo and Colin mixed togehter. That's going to be a pretty cute baby, if I do say so myself!
I love his little mohawk
Trying to touch my camera
Thoughtful pose
This is from Lauren's Bachelorette party. All I can say about having two sisters is I am so glad that we all get along. The future is going to be lots of fun. Welcome to the Warden clan Lauren!! There is only one problem with the fact that we get along so well, I live in Ohio.... sad day. I am already trying to decided how to get into a flight points program that would make flying more worth while for David and I.

CRAZY Tater

Tater is crazy.
He is such a mangey mutt, once he get's going he just goes crazy!
In this little video he sounds like he is going to rip Brandon's head off!
Tater is one tuff puff! The best part is when he gets this way and he acts like he is going to bite you but instead he just puts his mouth on your hand.
He was so fun to play with this summer I'm really going to miss him.

More Family times this summer.
David and my little cousin Cherie playing Mario cart.
He was being so cute! Haha letting her trash talk him... and beat him.

Fire! Pit

This post is a picture caption kind of post. We had dinner, went outside roasted marshmallow, and burned stuff in the fire pit. Perfect use of a nice summer night.
La Familia
Hubby
Tater
Picture with Tater face, take one...
And two.
Nothing like going outside to sit on a blanket and spend time with your.... iPad?
Eating, chilling and roasting.
We had the super big marshmallows, haha and I spent the whole night lighting mine on fire.... and then not eating them. You can't blame me though just one of those things will make you ill!
JOIN THE FAMILY!!! AND HAVE FUN, NOW!!!
Me, Tateface, David
Us, Idaho sure does have the BEST evenings in the summer.
