Davie & Reese

This year several of my girlfriends have had babies and several of them have been boys. One of my best friends Lauren had a little boy in April and so while I was in Idaho I got to go to lunch with her and the little guys got to play a little. 

It was funny to see how close they were in size but it was obvious who had more motor skills. Davie was like "Hey! you are smaller than me!" And then he proceeded to pull on Reese's clothes :)

We had to stick Davie in the corner because he kept trying to move and when he would start to fall over he would grab Reese. Reese was still content to sit where he was put :)

The only thing I am sad about is that Davie's grandma bought him the exact same outfit that Reese is wearing while Davie and I were visiting. If it had been the day before the little guys could have had matching outfits, that would have been cute right!?

I liked this one of them in the car. Thanks Lauren for going to lunch with me. Haha maybe next time we will take pictures of us too :)

I love these pictures, this is Davie and his great grandma and grandpa Johnson. Grandpa Johnson can be a little grumpy at times but it was cute to see Davie look at him and pay so much close attention to him!

Look at that fatty, and his poor buzzed head! So just in case you didn't notice I am behind so I am going to TRY (I am a talker) to post pictures with as basic commentary as possible/ as I know how. 

This is Davie with Grandpa Chris and I just LOVE this picture makes me all happy inside. 

Chilling out with Uncle Jordan. What you can't see is Jordan is holding a mirror and they were making faces and being silly again SOOO CUTE!

Jordan and Brandon both have taken to Davie pretty well.

Davie is still much more interested in Tater than Tater is in him. After all what good is human that can't throw a ball?

Tater is such a little stinker, he kept trying to check out the Bumbo so we put him in it. Then he acted like he was going to die (scaredy cat) until we made him sit down, after that he just laid back and relaxed. Tater is such a goofy dog!

I also go to see some of our family friends while I was there. It's crazy to see how big these boys are getting!

Trip to Idaho

Like most of our flights out of Detroit my day started at 4 am something, so that was fun. As I walked through security after hugging David good bye I got really sad and nervous to fly by myself. Thankfully everything went well and without David's help I managed to not leave any bags in Detroit haha. 

This is Davie and myself in Denver. He's at least acknowledging the camera but my face could have been better.

And now that my face is normal he is not looking.

This one was cute though even though you can see my teeth. And yes that is a bruise on his head, he was wiggling around while someone was holding him (like always) and he fell flat on his face.

This is part of the airport I thought it was kind of cool looking.

This is Davie and I with one flight down one to go. I really dislike layovers, I think more plane companies should work on getting rid of them.

This is to prove to David that I used my headphones that I got for my birthday. Also notice all my junk in the stroller. I learned that I need to cover the stroller and the carseat otherwise they get so dirty under the plane. The first time we flew they ripped the fabric on Davie's brand new car seat and stroller in several places, lovely. No I am not nursing Davie in this picture because he is asleep. When the two of us arrived in SLC my mama and Brandon came to pick us up at the airport and take us to IF.

But first we had to visit with great Granny Lou.

Davie likes great Granny Lou and was smiling at her like crazy. I love seeing her with him, I feel like he really listens to her it's so cute.

Here is a good picture of how sad Davie's poor eye gets. Darn those clogged tear ducts!

Finally at Home. It was a LONG day. It's so hard to visit family that has a time change, ESPECIALLY with a baby.
