Also I have decided one of my new favorite shows is "The Big Bang Theory". Why? Mainly because it's hilarious. My Dad is so much like Sheldon it's ridiculous and I would say my Boyfriend David is half Leonard and half Raj. David is the one who introduced me to the show (thank you David), and we have watched all of the 1st, 2nd and most of the 3rd season in the last month. Here's one of my most favorite scenes from the 3rd season, although it's really all amazing so it was hard to pick just one. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

P-Town

Last week I went with my Boyfriend to Provo for a career fair. He graduated from BYU in Chemical Engineering last April, and he's hoping to go to medical school this summer (in other words he's way too smart for me). If he doesn't get into medical school BYU has already offered him a full ride to do his Masters but in the mean time he's also looking out for job opportunities if they come. We stayed with his Grandparents and hung out with his Sister on campus after the career fair. Good Good TiMeS.

Rexburg

About 2 weeks ago I went to a session at the Rexburg temple for the first time. I walked through the temple when they were doing the open house in 2008, but this was the first session I ever got to do there. What a pretty temple! I'm so glad I got to go with my friends, and I met up with one of my BEST friends too. It was so exciting to have people you love there. I love the Temple :) 

If you can't tell our noses are all red, it was FREEZING outside.

Cabin Time

About a week and a half ago I went with a bunch of people to my friends Cabin. It was lots of fun! The only thing that would have made it more fun was if I had brought my snow clothes with me (oh and my BF was absent ). Like an idiot I brought nothing but my coat. It was a sleep over but I had to Babysit the next morning at 8:30 am so I decided I better go home that night. Here are some pictures good times. Thank you Barbara and Megan for staying inside and being lame with me haha!

Happy New Year!

Wow! This weekend was just about the absolute opposite of last year. Last year on the 9th I found out our bank account was empty and my ex moved out on the 10th. It's so weird to think about what I  was going through at that exact same time last year. It strange because a lot of those memories I almost remember it like I was someone else.  I think the best thing that has happened recently is wait for it....... I have a Boyfriend!!!! Yay!

 We've known each other for a little over six months, his mom set us up on a blind date this summer, and we have been hanging out pretty consistently for the last 3 or 4 months.  It became "Facebook official" last Thursday haha because nothing is official until you tell the world of Facebook. I won't go into toooo many details at present but I will say this, he is so sweet. Because he's known me for a while he knows about some of the things I have been through and he knew that the 9/ 10th was kind of a big day for me. So on Saturday he texts me to tell me that "a little bird told me there is something waiting for you at the salon". I get there and this is what I see...

He said he found ones that looked happy and purple,

because he didn't know what my favorite kind of flowers were.

How cute!!!! When I talked to him later that evening he said "I just wanted today to be special for you" no one can tell me that's not cute.  Let's just say I'm ready for this year to be as good as the last half of 2009. This is me and my buddy Rob, I met him my senior year in high school and he has been such a good friend (especially this last year when I was sad and lonely). Randomly he was actually my first kiss and we are still friends. It all just seems so long ago now! I hadn't seen him in just about 4 years. I love you Rob.

 Also in order to shake things up I dyed my hair. Just and FYI I know I look better as a blonde and I like being blonde best but that's not the point the point is to have some fun, I'm a frickin cosmetologist after all.

I'm thinking this year is going to be good. I haven't had a REALLY awesome year since 2006 so I'm excited. And here are a couple of my goals.
1. continue to eat better
2. Set up a better schedule for myself
4. Continue working with my license
5. Run the Teton Dam marathon
I have some others but this year I have a feeling I won't be sharing quite so many deep things. Last year was like me venting on here all the time, I guess that's another goal haha make my posts less dramatic.
