Lunch With My Bestie!

Ever since David and I flew out to bless Davie in March we have been hoping to see our Dancing Sheep friends and visit with them. 

We haven't had a plane ride yet that landed in Phoenix (still working on that) and stayed there long enough for us to meet up with them. BUT this summer Dannielle was working in Utah so when I drove down with David's family we were able to meet up for lunch. I was so glad it worked out even if it was only for a little more than an hour!

Only face missing is poor David's because he was already starting his rounds for his third year in school.

Even Davie was happy to see them.

Love these guys. One of these days we will have money and we will get to see more of one another :)

Random Good Times in IF

Needless to say if I don't finish getting some of my posts from this year on my blog it will never get done. So here are some of the random pictures I have from my summer visit to Idaho with Davie.

The boy in the striped shirt is one of the little guys I used to nanny, and now he's 5, time flies. Anyways he was making Davie laugh and laugh and laugh, it was very sweet.

We learned that Davie LOVES the piano. He will sit and play all the keys not just a couple and he doesn't get bored. He also loved it when Grandpa Warden would play songs with Davie in his lap (no pictures of that sorry).

 

 We went to Spider Man this summer so Davie's grandma had to get him some Spiderman pj's, even if they were a huge little too big.

He's even started torturing her a little.

When we got to the movie I could not believe how entranced Davie was, this picture is 100% accurate. He got a little fussy about 30 minutes into the movie so I nursed him and then Grandma walked around the edge of the theatre until he went to sleep. He was so good!

This picture is really funny because it looks like Davie is paying close attention to uncle Mike but he is actually just watching TV, sorry uncle Mike! It was pretty funny because we thought Davie was staring at him but it turns out he was staring right past him at the TV.

Such a fun day! But wow it was seriously ROASTING, we were all so hot haha that's why all of our faces are flushed and red.

The boy LOVES to look down and I just can't figure out why! If I had a dollar for every time we tried to take a picture of him and he looked down I would have a couple thousand, silly kid.
